The Hush Kit features a 3D-printed, monolithic body-to-core structure. This gives our suppressor exceptional durability and thermal resistance. Additive manufacturing has allowed us the freedom to control strength, material density, and thermal properties ensuring optimal gas expansion control.
Hush Kit incorporates Purposely Induced Porosity™ (PIP) technology. In simple terms, our design incorporates a number of very small vents positioned around the radius of the suppressor. This results in a reduction of back pressure and reduced visible signature.

Hush Kits are available in either Inconel or titanium. Inconel is ideal for suppressors that will see heavy use, while titanium is a must for those ultra light weight builds.
Hush Kit has ‘best in class’ performance with improved sound reduction of between 5db-10db when compared to other industry leading suppressors. Additionally, Hush Kit’s unique internal geometry further reduces high frequency noise, creating a more pleasant shooting experience.
When maneuvering in confined spaces, such as a vehicle or house, the size of of your rifle matters. One of our goals with Hush Kit was to reduce its overall length while still improving performance. By increasing the diameter a small amount we were able to cut over an inch off the length.
Another benefit of increased suppressor diameter is the increase in radial area. This allows for more space to manipulate the gas flow before venting occurs. The result was a significant reduction of back pressure. This creates a nicer overall shooting experiences and a cleaner gun.
Hush Kits are currently available for 5.56mm and .50BMG, with 7.62mm and 9mm soon to follow.
